| As a follow up to the September 10th webcast on Effective Strategies for Working with Girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (Part 2), many NGCP partners expressed interest in exploring opportunities to bring the BUILD IT LEGO underwater robotics program to their regional and local programs. This webcast will provide a forum for NGCP partners to learn more about the BUILD IT project goals, outcomes, requirements, and implementation scenarios, and for BUILD IT leadership to better understand the needs and interests of NGCP members with regard to programming. The outcome of this discussion will be an action plan for developing partnerships and proposals to scale up BUILD IT with interested NGCP members. |
